Frequently Asked Questions

We use tha following payment methods : Debit cards, Credit cards, Revolut Payment Links and Mobile payments.

You can see all the products in the shop, except the pre-order items or the custom – made products.

We do ship internationally upon communication.

A tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch.

For local shipping:
All orders are being dispatched within 1-2 days and should be received by you 3-4 days (depending always on product availability and delivery timeline) Excluding weekends.

For International shipping:
We use the Cyprus Post and  All parcels require 8-15 days for delivery. For Priority Shipment please send us an email prior to any placement of orders.

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot he canceled. Please ensure that you’ve read all policies before finalizing an order.
The items will be shipped out and can only be exchanged within the policy guidelines outlined above.

When an order is placed and confirmed, your invoice will be send within 15 minutes including all the order details.

The christening sets are custom made and pre-ordered one month before your event.
You can choose anything you want from a Christening set and there is no specific price in a package because each piece has a different price. 
There is no fixed package since you can customise it as you wish and based on your budget.
